On February 9, 2023, 8 teams took part in the i-stage of the XV Republican intra-university student subject Olympiad under the educational program «Philosophy». The Olympiad was divided into 4 rounds.

It is important for leading specialists in each industry in universities to focus on schoolchildren, depending on who they will become in the future, and to inform them about the role of their profession in society.

Psychology Department from January, 13th till January, 21st 2023 carried out psychodiagnostic testing of employees working in social-cultural sphere in order of Nurkatova L.T., the vice-rector on social-cultural development, the order of a Member of Board on January, 11th, 2023.

On February 4-5, the first in Kazakhstan School of Sociologists “Kazakhstan Sociology Lab” will be launched, which is implemented by the corporate foundation “Academy of Elbasy”. The project is aimed at training specialists of a wide profile who possess not only basic sociological knowledge, but also have skills in working with modern digital technologies for collecting and analyzing data. At the School, special attention will be paid to teaching methods such as hard skills, quantitative analysis in R, pre- and post-processing of data, qualitative, quasi-experimental research methods, etc.
