The results of the Republican annual competition of research works of students in universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the direction of «Physical culture and sports» have been summed up at the Kazakh-American Free University.

According to the results of the examination of the independent Accreditation and Rating Agency (IAAR) for 2023, the educational program 8D03104-Cultural Studies of the OP group D062 – Cultural Studies of L.N.Gumilev ENU took 1st place.

On May 26-27, 2023, an important international scientific and theoretical conference was held at the Nukus branch of the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports.

On April 12, 2023, the XVIII International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "ǴYLYM JÁNE BILIM – 2023" was held at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University within the framework of the "Day of Science". Within the framework of the conference, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Faculty of Social Sciences began its work with subsection 9.6 "Physical culture and student sports: state, problems and prospects of development".
