April 24, 2018 in Astana in KSU "Center for Social Services "Nurly Zhurek" Akimat of Astana city, 1st year students of the specialty "Social pedagogy and self-cognition" of the Eurasian National University. L.N. Gumilyov under the guidance of the curator and adviser, Ph.D., Associate Professor Botabaeva Ademi Erkebaevna, senior curator Ph.D., associate professor Baimenova Botakoz Serikbaevna and undergraduate Khairat Elmira organized a charity concert.

04/19/2018 in Astana in KSI "Medico-social institution for the elderly and disabled" of the Astana akimat, 1st year students of the specialty "Social pedagogy and self-cognition" of the Eurasian National University. L.N. Gumilyov under the guidance of the curator and adviser, Ph.D. Botabayeva Ademi Erkebaevna and undergraduate Khairat Elmira organized a charity concert.

On April 20th, 2018 the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Eurasian National University Gumilev hosted an international scientific seminar on "Adult Education in the 21st Century: Challenges and Opportunities ".

On April 9 - 12, 2018, the Kultegin team, represented by the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge, took the 2nd place in the Republican Olympiad on Pedagogical Sciences which dedicated to the 90th anniversary of KazNPU named after Abai. Team from the Eurasian National University. L.N. Gumilev was represented in the following composition: Askerbekova A.E. and Koshkumbaeva L.B.(masters of 2 year, specialty "pedagogy and psychology) , Baskhara B.P. (master of specialty “Computer science”), Manakbaeva A.O. (master of 1 year, specialty "pedagogy and psychology”), Azimbek A. (master of 1 year, specialty “Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge”). Moldazhanova met with winners of the Republican Olympiad in pedagogical Sciences and congratulated them on their well-deserved winning.
