On September 21, 2023, a curatorial hour was held with 1st-year students of the Kazakh department of the specialty "Psychology" with groups PSX-11, PSX-13 on the topic: "Psychological features of the prevention of extremism among students", which was attended by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences for Educational Work Aimukhambetov T.T., as well as teachers of the Department of Psychology Mandykaeva A.R., Karibaeva G.M.

According to the academic calendar, from September 4 to November 11, teaching practice is provided for doctoral students and until December 9, 2023 for 2nd year master's students, as well as from September 4 to November 11, research practice for doctoral students is provided for winter recruitment.

On September 8, the Department of Sociology held a meeting with Sabohat Kalanova, PhD in Sociology of the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan.

On September 8, 2023, a meeting with first-year doctoral students of OP 8D03101 «Sociology» was held. Within the framework of the meeting, an acquaintance with the teaching staff of the Department of Sociology took place, first-year doctoral students told about their research plans and expectations.
