Within the framework of the" Science Week "on April 8, 2021, at the Department of" Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge", doctoral students of the 3rd year of training in the specialty" Social Pedagogy and self-knowledge "held an on-line round table on the topic:"Student-centered approach in the organization of educational, research activities".

As part of the celebration of the Day of Science Workers in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Eurasian National University traditionally hosts the "Science and Education" conference This year it is the XIIIth conference, which has become a tradition. Each department holds its own sections as part of the general conference.

Within the framework of the conference, the Department of Psychology organized the section "Psychological and pedagogical foundations of personal development and education in modern Kazakhstan society". The section is attended not only by representatives of leading universities of Kazakhstan, but also by guests from Uzbekistan, Russia, and Kyrgyzstan.

April 9, 2021, a 1st-year doctoral student of the specialty «Cultural Studies» of the Department of «Philosophy» of the FSS, Leila Bakytova, held a scientific seminar on the topic «Space landscape of Zhezkazgan» within the framework of the Decade of Science. This study is part of the research project AR08856485 «Space in the cultural landscape of Kazakhstan: social and cultural dimension» in the direction of Scientific foundations «Mangilik el» (education of the XXI century, fundamental and applied research in the field of humanities).
