In the framework of the head of state’s article “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe”, the head of the department of social pedagogy and self-knowledge at ENU. L.N. Gumilev, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Kadisha Shalgynbayeva published an article entitled “The Role of Horse Breeding in the Life of the Kazakhs.”

 Professor of the department of social pedagogy and self-knowledge of ENU named after L.N. Gumilev Dlimbetova Gaini Karekeevna became a member of the Council of the basic organization of the members of CIS countries on environmental education.

A joint session of the public Council of the CIS basic organization for environmental education was held in Minsk. The joint session was coordinated by the International State Ecological Institute named after A. Sakharov of the Belarusian State University, the Russian Academy of Education and the UNESCO Network Chair. The topic of the session: "New approaches to the design of the content of environmental education for sustainable development."

January 29, 2019 in the Eurasian National University at the Faculty of Social Sciences summed up the annual Games of Vigor and Health among the faculty and staff of the university.

On January 25, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge, Candidate of Psychological Sciences Nuradinov Almat Sabitovich made a presentation “Religion and Youth” in front of students of the school of curators of the university.
