On January 26, 2023 at 12.30 at the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Social Sciences, a scientific seminar was held to discuss the dissertation work of PhD student Meiram Kikimbaev, studying Philosophy (8D02201) on the topic “Discussions about the public space: a mosque as a case of participatory space in Kazakhstan”.

On January 19 within the framework of the scientific project «Zhas Galym», postdoctoral students of the Department of Philosophy of the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University A. Amangeldiev and S. Shakirov held a meeting with the Director of the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Studies .

On January 20, 2023, a seminar on the theme "Green School" was organized on the basis of the Lyceum school No. 62 in Astana. This event was held in accordance with the work plan of the coordination center for network interaction within the framework of the scientific project "Model "green school – green college - green university" as a system for the development of ecologization of education" (head: Professor of the Department of Pedagogy G.K. Dlimbetova). The seminar was attended by the chief researcher of the project, Professor of the Department of Physical and Economic Geography of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU Saipov A.A., geography teacher A. B. Turgambekova, ecovolonters of our University R. Baglanova and D. Tabaran.

On January 16, 2023, in the assembly hall of the Faculty of Social Sciences, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, represented by Ph.D., Associate Professor Omarov Yesen Bekovich and Senior Lecturer Moldan Ergazy, methodologists Marchibaeva U.S. and Moiseeva N.A., curators groups held an introductory conference on all types of practice of the specialty 6B01408 "Physical culture and sports" and 6B01407 "Football coach". Students of all four courses of the specialty took part in this conference.
