The XII Republican subject Olympiad in Philosophy was organized by the al-Farabi Kazakh national University and was held on April 17 in a remote format, due to the current epidemiological situation and the recommendations of the MES of Kazakhstan.

On 15th of April, a scientific seminar was held at the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Social Sciences by associate professor Ulbolsyn Sandybayeva. The topic of the report is “Representation of traumatic memory in the public spaces of Kazakhstan”.

International scientific-practical conference "Methodology of andragogical education in the context of the third modernization of Kazakhstan: trends, problems, solutions" was held on April 17, 2020 at the Faculty of Social Sciences of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
