On February 7, 2023, 2 teams took part in the first stage of the XV Republican Intra-university student subject Olympiad on the educational program «Culturology». The Olympiad was divided into 4 rounds.
Tour 1 consisted of 2 parts called «Visuality in modern culture». In the first part, a video has been prepared related to the name of the team. In the 2nd part of the 1st round, the presentation and greeting of the team took place in an offline format.
Round 2. Theoretical tour (offline testing). Each team member was tested with the name of the team and the last name of the participant. Each team was asked questions in different versions of 20 questions. In 15 minutes, 20 questions were answered, 7 of them in Kazakh, 7 in Russian, 6 in English.
Round 3. Homework. Protection of a scientific project (offline). The topic of the scientific project was chosen in advance by the team leaders by drawing lots, the teams defended their scientific projects with a presentation.
Round 4. Competition of captains (analytical round). The team captains were offered 6 films for preview. During the Olympiad, the team captains analyzed the film selected by the draw and answered additional questions from the jury.
As a result, the team «Tanzimat» (head – R.A. Kemerbai) took 1st place, 2nd place – «Examples» (head – A.M. Ramanzharova), team members were awarded diplomas, team leaders were awarded letters of thanks.
