On December 07, 2019, a kick-off conference was held for students of the 4th year of the Department of Religious Studies on industrial and pre-diploma practice.

On December 06, 2019, in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Information of Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded in the category "Best young specialist - 2019". This award was held by the national innovative scientific research center "Bilim-orkenieti" as part of the celebration of the Year of Youth in the country.

At the invitation of our employer, Marat Almasovich Azilkhanov, Vice-Minister of Information and Public Development, was invited to the Department of Religious Studies for a guest lecture by the Roman Catholic Bishop Atanazius Schneider.

On December 05, teachers of the chair of religious studies, namely acting head Aimukhambetov Timur, professor Shapoval Yulia, associate professor Kamarova Ruziya, senior lecturers Smagulov Murat, Alimkulova Saltanat and master's and doctoral students of the chair participated in presentation of the national report on the theme: "On dissemination of destructive religious beliefs among youth".

On December 04 on the basis of the chair of religious studies of ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov there was held a scientific seminar together with the chair of religious studies and culturology of KazNU named after al-Farabi! Professor Tursyn Khafizovich Gabitov spoke at the seminar on the theme "Sacred meaning of religious monuments of culture"!
