On September 21, 2023, a curatorial hour was held with 1st-year students of the Kazakh department of the specialty "Psychology" with groups PSX-11, PSX-13 on the topic: "Psychological features of the prevention of extremism among students", which was attended by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences for Educational Work Aimukhambetov T.T., as well as teachers of the Department of Psychology Mandykaeva A.R., Karibaeva G.M. The main purpose of the curatorial hour on this topic is to prevent extremism and terrorism, as well as the formation of religious literacy among students. Karibaeva G.In her speech, M revealed the content features of the terms "extremism" and "terrorism", the main motives leading to extremist actions, as well as a psychological portrait of people prone to extremist actions and methods of preventing terrorism and extremism.
