The Final stage of the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan on football among young men of 2001 year of birth of football centers and academies was held in Astana at the stadium "Astana arena".

On October 18, 2018, Shakarim State University (Semey) celebrated the 190th anniversary of the great Kazakh philosopher Shakarim Kudaiberdiuly.

In the framework of cooperation with the professors and the teaching staff of the social pedagogy and self-knowledge faculty and the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an educational and methodological gathering of psychologists was passed in our university.

The Republic Championship among teams of the Second League in Kazakhstan is over. The Astana FC team successfully became a champion ahead of schedule one round before the end of the Championship.

In October 26, 2018 M.Zhumabaev St. 12/1, student house №3 was round table meeting on the topic «If you keep religion - that is your virtue, if you don`t – that is your sorrow» according to plan of the social and educational activities of Philosophical department and the Faculty of Social Sciences.
