Ecological-psychological training is a new technology of ecological education and enlightenment at pedagogy, ecology, psychology. In this regard, on May 18, 2018, in Gumilyov ENU within the framework of the scientific project "Nature’s in my life" at the Department of "Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge" of the Faculty of Social Sciences, the 1st year students of the specialty "Psychology" led trainings scientific project "Ecology of the educational system of the university is an innovative way to upgrade the spiritual consciousness of students", "Zoological ballet".

Successful employment of graduates in the specialty is an important criterion for the success of the educational process. Gumilyov ENU does not only promote employment graduates in the "exit", but also develops students' experience, creates conditions for students to work closely with students during the learning process. As a testimony to this, on 11/05/2018, the graduation of graduates of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-cognition at the Faculty of Social Sciences was organized at a very high level.

The 2nd year student of the specialty "Psychology" Paevskaya Ekaterina took 1st place in the Republican distance olympiad in psychology among psychologists of educational organizations. The Olympiad was held by the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Daryn" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to identify and support creative psychologists and stimulate their professional activities.

Students of the second year of the specialty "Psychology" Kaisina Galiya, Muratova Malika, Tugelbayeva Shynar, Sergeev Alexander took 1st place in the International competition "The best scientific research - 2018". Organizer of the contest "Society of Science and Creativity" in Kazan. 98 scientific researches of students took part in the competition.

The 20th anniversary of the anniversary celebrations The Republic of Kazakhstan - the city of Astana won 1 place in the "Music Instruments" youth film festival "Youth Flame - 2018", held on 30.04.2018. In the Grandma of the world and peace there were students Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov.
