On October 3, 2018, an action entitled “Sign up for a section - win health” was held near the building of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

On the 4th of October 2018 the first match of youth league Champions UEFA U-19 between football clubs “Astana” and Albanian “Vlaznia” , which was held in “Astana-Arena” stadium. The meeting resulted with 3:1 score in favor of “Astana”. Students of Social Sciences Faculty of ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov, the department of “Physical education and sport” Saenko Vladislav PES-14, Ilyasov Alim PES-14, Tsoy Artyom PES-22, Mazhit Samat PES-21 and Prokopenko Vladislav PES-14, who stood out twice in this match. Rematch will be held in Albania on 24th of October. Sincere congratulations and wish you further success!

25-26 September 2018 on the basis of the Russian Academy of education (RAO, Moscow) took place the Plenum of the Scientific Council of the Institute of strategy of a development of education on the theme "Problems of training teachers to the formation of ecological culture as a result of environmental education and enlightenment". On September 26, 2018 second-year students in psychology under the supervision of the curator, Ph.D. A.R. Mandykaeva held voluntary Saturday work to clean up the territory of the university.

From 17 to 21 September 2018 on the faculty of social pedagogics and self-actualization of the faculty of social sciences, Erasmus + program invited Professor Reinis Lazda of Alberta College (Riga, Latvia).
