On May 25, 2018 was a meeting of the professor ENU named after L.N. Gumilev G.K. Dlimbetova with the director of the Institute of Psychology and Education, Professor A. Kalimullin, head of the methodology of teaching and education of the Kazan Federal University, Professor A.N. Khuziyakhmetov, professor of the same department G.Zh. Fahrutdinova.

May 22-24, 2018 on the basis of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University, the IV International Forum on Pedagogical Education was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Russian Academy of Education.

On 17th May 2018 within the framework of thesis work on subject “Psycho-pedagogical conditions in the development of environmental volunteering of future professionals” and the scientific project "Ecologization of the university system of education as an innovative way of modernization of students',1 year doctoral student of specialty 6D010300 "Pedagogy and psychology" Abenova Saulet in collaboration with Can. Ps.Sciences Mandykayeva A. R. held a training session where they discussed the main environmental problems in terms of faculty, university, city.

May 10, 2018 Within the framework of the cooperation between the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge and the Center for the Development of Giftedness and Psychological Support "Astana Daryn" of the Astana City Akimat, a scientific and practical seminar "Different Types of Bulling in School and Suicide Prevention" was held on the basis of the Department's Psychological Laboratory. The seminar was conducted by Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Nuradinov A.S. and candidate of psychological sciences, senior lecturer Aytysheva A.M.

May 14, 2018 At the Faculty of Social Sciences, “The Ruhaniyat” Club of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge organized a contest of patriotic songs titled "Tugan elge tagzym", dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana, based on the main ideas of the program "Spiritual Renaissance: Orientation to the Future".
