- Possess a wide range of theories, concepts, conceptual and categorical apparatus of cultural studies. - Possess practical knowledge in the field of research, organization and management of cultural objects in the professional sphere. - Be able to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge obtained for the independent solution of problems arising in professional activity. - The graduate is able to demonstrate mastery of methods and tools in the field of culture research in general and its specialized areas, innovations in the use of methods. - Critically and creatively assess the conditions when developing and solving professional tasks, be able to justify and argue your position. - Take the initiative and take responsibility for the results of your work. - Аpply the acquired knowledge about the national culture for scientific research; participate in the development of projects related to the preservation and improvement of cultural heritage. - Possess the theoretical, methodological and legal foundations of the protection of cultural heritage at the present stage, basic knowledge about the peculiarities of the formation of cultural policy, use in their professional activities knowledge of the main provisions of the state cultural policy and the regulatory framework for its implementation. - To draw up normative and technical documentation (instructions, reports, etc.), to possess the skills of scientific description of socio-cultural projects, to participate in the development and implementation of projects related to socio-cultural processes and practices, the preservation and development of cultural heritage, the implementation of state cultural policy in priority areas. |

- Demonstrate the developing knowledge and understanding gained at the higher education level, which are the basis or opportunity for the original development or application of ideas, often in the context of scientific research; - Apply knowledge, understanding and the ability to solve problems in new or unfamiliar situations in the contexts and within the broader (or interdisciplinary) areas related to the field of study; - Integrate knowledge, cope with difficulties and make judgments based on incomplete or limited information, taking into account the ethical and social responsibility for the application of these judgments and knowledge; - To summarize the results of analytical and research work in the format of a scientific report, a scientific article, an informational review and an analytical report based on the methods of social sciences (content analysis, comparative method, questionnaire, etc.); - Take part in the preparation of expert opinions on topical issues of cultural and cultural anthropological science, on the problems of philosophy and theory of culture on the basis of scientific tools (qualitative and quantitative methods, SWOT analysis and comparative studies); - Apply the principles and provisions of cultural science to develop a scientific project and a program for the implementation of its main ideas in order to modernize socio-cultural institutions and organizations based on system analysis, surveys, interviews, focus groups; - Collect empirical data to create a database on the socio-cultural situation in the country, generate scientific knowledge about various cultural phenomena and develop socio-cultural programs of a strategic and tactical nature based on them using information and digital technologies. |
