Successful activities of the ENU facilitated by the material and technical base. The University has all the necessary educational and material assets to realize the goals and tasks facing it. Buildings and structures of ENU correspond to the current sanitary standards and fire safety requirements. Areas owned by the ENU - auditorium and laboratory facilities, classrooms, workshops and other premises, sports facilities comply with established norms and rules. There are six student dormitories in which about 4,500 students live, as well as one service house for the PTС. In the territory of the University, there is a medical center.
ENU has a broadband connection to the Internet via a fiber-optic line. Access to the network provided from 80% of computers involved in the educational process and about 70% of computers used in the administration of educational activities. In addition, everyone in student homes has a connection to the Internet in each room and the students’ house №6 has wireless network Wi-Fi. Each student house has the necessary conditions for living, the Student Council also works, which organizes various cultural, sporting events and competitions. For students with disabilities there are elevators, a ramp.
The material and technical base of the University provides the educational process, living conditions, supports the necessary condition of the territory and buildings, and provides communication. There is a service of labor protection and safety engineering, emergency department. Public service and safety of the material base is provided by the security service of the University. Services and departments of the administrative and economic part of the University carry out technical operation, repair of buildings, ensure compliance with mandatory rules and safety standards. ENU has all the necessary resources, scientific, technical, and experimental base for training personnel in the areas of undergraduate and graduate programs. Scientific Library of Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev is an important structural subdivision in the scientific and educational environment of the University.
The general fund of the library as of the 2017-2018 academic year is 1 665091 copies, including 460313 copies in the Kazakh language. (27.6% of the total fund).
Total book availability in relation to the reduced contingent of students for a full cycle of training is 140 units per student.

The activity of the laboratory is directed to the scientific and methodological support for the educational process of master students and undergraduates of the specialty "Psychology".
Main goals:
- perfection of methodical equipment, material and technical basis for conducting laboratory classes for students of the specialty "Psychology";
- involvement master students and undergraduates in the implementation of research projects in order to improve their professional qualifications, acquire planning and research skills;
- providing methodological and advisory assistance to students in SRWS and SRWMS;
- creation database of modern psychodiagnostic techniques, including modern computer systems of psychological diagnosis; methods adapted for the Kazakhstan sample; and test tools developed by the members of the laboratory;
- conducting scientific research of laboratory members, including joint events with the partners of the department.
Psychological laboratory is equipped with the following programs: 1) the program of psychological tests and techniques "Psychometric Expert"; 2) a package of statistical programs "SPSS".
The laboratory conducts laboratory classes in the subject "Statistical Methods in Psychology", "Practical Workshop on Experimental Psychology and Psychodiagnostics", "Computer Psychodiagnostics and Data Processing", as well as psychological training.
Psychological laboratory is also a training ground for students in the framework of master classes. Master classes are led by leading teachers of the department and practical psychologists. The purpose of these meetings is to develop the motivation of students through familiarity with successful professionals, to disclose of the internal potential of students, to define their professional trajectory, to form skills for successful interaction of students in society. Practicing psychologists in Astana, school psychologists, military psychologists, leaders and specialists of state and non-state organizations providing psychological assistance and others are invited speakers of these meetings.
