On the basis of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, a meeting of the Project Management Group in the areas of training “Business and Management (Audit and Taxation)”, “Social Security”, “Humanities (Turkology)” on the topic “Actual questions of designing and implementing educational programs ”, which was attended by the Rector of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU, deans of faculties, heads of departments, faculty of leading universities of Kazakhstan, namely: Al-Farabi KazNU, Abay KazNPU, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yasavi International Kazakh-Turkish University, Buketov KarSU , Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, Korkyt ata KSU , University "Narkhoz", Sh.Kabylybaev Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, Baitursynov KSU , Finance Academy, Turan University, Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade, Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University , as well as representatives of employers.
The following issues were considered at the plenary session:
1) approval of the composition of the Project Management Group in the field of training "Business and Management (Audit and Taxation)", "Social Security", "Humanities (Turkology)";
2) discussion of the work plan of the Project Management Group on the basis of L.N. Gumilyov ENU for the 2019-2020 academic year.
As part of the breakout session, the project management group for personnel training “Social Security” selected the topic “Actual issues of design and implementation of educational programs”.
Presentations were made by:
- Head of the Department of Sociology Otar E.S. “Updating the content of university components and the catalog of elective disciplines of educational programs”;
- Tursynbekova Zh.D. “Staffing and requirements for educational programs in the modernization of the social sphere”;
- Head of the Center for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Uasheva A.K. “The activities of the Center for Psychosocial Rehabilitation as a branch of the Department of Sociology of the educational program «Social Work»
Within the framework of the sectional session, the development of educational programs, the results of training, the formation of analytical skills and critical thinking among students in social work and the status of a social worker in the Republic of Kazakhstan were actively discussed.
As a result of the section meeting, the composition of the Project Management Group for the Social Security training area was approved, which included 40% of employers and 60% of the faculty of leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a work plan for the 2019-2020 academic year.
