V International Forum on Teacher Education on the basis of Kazan Federal University

On May 28-31, Kazan Federal University hosted the V International Forum on Teacher Education under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Russian Academy of Education, Russian Educational Research Association (RERA) and with the support of the World Educational Research Association (WERA), The International Association of Educators (INASED) and the Association for Teacher Education in Europe (ATEE).

The International Forum is held for the purpose of scientific and information exchange of the achievements in the sphere of development of pedagogical science and professional pedagogical education. Within four days teachers more than 600 scientists, including from 200 universities of the world (the USA, England, Canada, Portugal, Switzerland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Poland, Australia, Austria, Russia, Kazakhstan, etc.) shared among themselves the innovative projects (link to the news posted on the website http://www.press-release.ru/branches/education/v_kfu_zavershil_rabotu_mezhdunarodnyy_forum_po_pedagogicheskomu_obrazovaniyu_ifte_04_06_2019_11_57/) .

From L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the professor of the department of social pedagogy and self-knowledge, the faculty of social sciences, doctor of pedagogical sciences, Dlimbetova G.K. made the report at this forum. The theme of the report is “Ecological issues of the region as base for formation of English – speaking communicative competence”. The presentation included the main positions of the scientific project “Greening of a High School Education System as Innovative Way of Modernization of Spiritual Consciousness of Students”. The report sounded the key idea: the problems of preparing a future specialist for environmental activities in a multicultural educational space and an environmentally competent approach to the educational system in order to implement the “Ruhani Zhadyru” program. 

At the forum, the second-year doctoral candidate of the department of social pedagogy and self-knowledge Abenova Saulet (the research supervisor professor Dlimbetova G.K.) spoke on the main psychological and pedagogical ideas and provisions of her dissertation research on the development of environmental volunteers in the high school environment. The theme of the report: “Formation of youth readiness to the development of environmental volunteering at the in higher education institution”.

According to the results of the conference for the active participation of professor Dimbetova G.K. and PhD student Abenova S.U. were awarded certificates on behalf of the rector of Kazan Federal University, professor I.R. Gafurov.

By the resolution of the expert commission No. 107 dated May 31, 2019, Professor Dlimbetova G.K. and PhD student Abenova S.U. were awarded diplomas of the Institute of Psychology and Education, Kazan Federal University for their active participation and performance with a scientific presentation in the International Scientific and Practical Conference of the Forum "Early-career teachers: induction and professional development" (May 30-31).

By the resolution of the expert commission No. 107 dated May 31, 2019, also received the certificate of the Institute of Psychology and Education of the Kazan Federal University was awarded for active participation in the International Scientific Conference of the Forum “Research-based teacher education”, “Teaching future teachers in the spirit of Janush Korczak” (May 31 - June 2, 2019).

Thus, International Forum on Teacher Education on the basis of Kazan Federal University provided an opportunity for teachers from different countries to get acquainted with the best practices of education abroad, the values and priorities of modern education, the problems of preparing a future teacher for pedagogical activity in a multicultural educational space, the implementation of educational, educational and extracurricular activities in the development of professional competencies of the future teacher.
