On September 29, 2022, the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in para karate "to Shotokan" was held in Astana. Rustam Bilyalov, a student of the FKS-22 group (inclusive), competed at these competitions. Our athlete won the bronze medal of the championship in the category of totally blind and visually impaired athletes in the age category +18.
Rustam has been doing this sport for more than two years. He trains with his teammates who compete in categories such as cerebral palsy athletes, deaf athletes and wheelchair users.
