On September 28, 2021, the N. Nazarbayev Centre for the Development of Interfaith and Inter-Civilization Dialogue held a round table on the theme: "Interreligious Dialogue for Peace and Harmony". Teachers and students of the Department of Religious Studies took an active part in this event. The event was held in online format by the programme ZOOM.
Murat Nurmukhambetovich Smagulov, Head of the Department made a speech from our chair. His speech received a wide response among the listeners.
In the framework of this event was an active discussion, which touched upon major issues of development of religious studies as a science and the situation in the field of religion in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
