On October 18, in the sports complex "Eurasia" competitions were held in wrestling Kazakhsha-kures among first-year students of ENU in the program of the first-year sports days. Boys competed in five weight categories: 60 kg, 66 kg, 74 kg, 82 kg and over 82 kg.
Summing up the results of the competition, I would like to note the successful performance of the first-year students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, who became the silver medalists of these starts. Our team included: Daulet Dias, Sansyzbay Damir, Nurlybekuly Nurislam, Sarsenbay Yernur, Toyzhanuly Askar, Bidoldoy Ayan, Zakria Anuar, Ahmet Yerkebulan. These guys lost only to representatives of the Faculty of Information Technology. In third place are students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Law.
Refereeing and order at these competitions were provided by the senior lecturer of the FCS department Orazov Dauren Orazovich.
