On May 5, 2022, in the city of Kyzylorda, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge of the Faculty of Social Sciences Zhienbayeva Saira Nagashybaevna made a report "Comprehensive development of children: introduction to art, work" at the plenary session of the "Congress of Teachers of musical, artistic and labor disciplines and teachers of organizations of additional education of artistic and aesthetic direction", organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Academy of Education named after Y. Altynsarina. The report presented topical issues related to foreign experience, with an eye to the past, with the definition of the directions of labor training of the current future generation. For example, it is scientifically substantiated that "young people have a white finger, a blue finger" so that after graduation a graduate finds his place in life, that visiting negative situations should occur today with the family, starting from preschool, elementary school, in the direction of changing the content of labor training, career guidance, and the formation of entrepreneurial skills. In conclusion, it was noted that the modern subject "Artistic labor" should be studied as two subjects: "Labor training" and "Fine Art", the organization of labor training taking into account the gender characteristics of children, the creation of a modern material and technical base at school, the conduct of labor training by specialists. The proposals received a wide response and were especially supported by scientists, teachers and practitioners.
