Currently, in the CIS countries, attention to the development of environmental culture has intensified in the light of constitutional amendments. In this regard, a regular meeting of the Plenum of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute for Education Development Strategy, Russian Academy of Education (Moscow). For merits and trust in ongoing environmental areas in Kazakhstan and the CIS countries, the Scientific Council included a professor of the Department of «Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge» of the ENU named after L.N. Gumilyova Dlimbetova G.K. This event is a great scientific recognition for our scientist and promotion of the image of our university.
