On June 1, 2022, the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences held an annual competition of children's drawings "Me and My Family" (hereinafter - the Competition) for children of university employees in accordance with the Regulation on the competition of children's drawings, approved by the rector of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (hereinafter - the University).
At the initiative of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, 2022 was declared the Year of Children. Тherefore, Our traditional Competition was held to promote the culture of the younger generation, strengthen the corporate culture of the University, involve the children of employees in the activities of the university, develop creative potential, and provide children with the opportunity to express their respect for their parents and teachers and employees of the University.
Opening the children's holiday International Children's Day, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences B.Somzhurek warmly congratulated the children, guests and presented the decision of the Jury of the Competition.
The Grand Prix was awarded to:

in the age category 8-10 years - Oralbay Іnkar, 8 years old
in the age category 11-13 years - Ashimkhanova Ayazhan, 12 years old
in the age category 14-17 years old - Orazmukhamet Nural, 15 years old.

in the age category 8-10 years - Tulekova Aisha, 9 years old
in the age category 11-13 years - Ali Ilana, 11
in the age category 14-17 years old - Nurgozha Aruana, 15 years old.
2nd place:
in the age category 3-7 years - Dzholdybalinova Salima, 4 years old;
Ulagatkyzy Ailana, 7 years old; Varask Aida, 4 years old; Daniyar Nurali, 5 years old.
in the age category 8-10 years - Dzholdybalinov Sagit, 9 years old;
Seytzhanova Aruzhan, 8 years old
in the age category 11-13 years - Marcinovskaya Sophia, 13 years old;
Haltay Nuray, 11 years old
3rd place:
in the age category 3-7 years old - Sayatai Akzere, 4 years old; Orazmukhamet Asiya, 7 years old; Tsyba Anastasia, 7 years old
in the age category 8-10 years - Ulagatkyzy Nuray, 9 years; Kuandyk Arystan, 8 years old; Oralbai Aikhanym, 10 years old
in the age category 11-13 years - Jaidar Aisha, 11 years old; Kusainov Olzhas, 11.
All winners and participants of the Competition were presented with Diplomas and gifts from sponsors of the Competition attracted by the Organizer.
The participants were more than 40 children aged 3 to 17 years.
Interesting entertainment events with the participation of children's animators and children themselves have been prepared for the children's holiday.
Teachers and doctoral students of the 1st year in the educational program Psychology G. Turarova, B.Tusupbekova, A. Dyusenov, A.Kurmanova, M. Kurmanbaev, A. Medetbekova, Zh. Musina, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences took part in the organization and holding of the Competition.
