Generation and mentoring is a trend in modern education management

        On the basis of the Buryat Republican Institute of Educational Policy, the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Mentoring: Models and Successful Practices" was held. The conference was attended by speakers and listeners from different CIS countries, the conference discussed trends in education, strategies and technologies for mentoring activities in working with youth, the development of innovative models of mentoring, etc.

            The conference brought together on one platform many like-minded people in the development of mentoring in modern education. The participants also openly shared their experience of mentoring, studied conceptual issues of modern mentoring and effective practices of colleagues.

            Within the framework of the program "Scientific foundations of modernization of the education and science system", the section "Conducting a study of the accessibility and effectiveness of educational space in the country's schools and developing a model of an ergonomic educational space" was presented by Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge of ENU, G.K. Dlimbetova. She presented a report on the topic: "Theory of generation: mentoring as ergonomic conditions for students in the Republic of Kazakhstan". In his report our speaker made a special emphasis on the importance of the development of mentoring in educational organizations for managing the educational process based on the principles of ergonomic knowledge.

            At the conference, the discussions were actively participated and shared with ergonomic scientific directions within the framework of their thesis - PhD students of the Department of Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge Sandibekova A.K., Zhumazhanova K.I., Master student - Tabaran D. For their active participation they were awarded certificates.
