On November 27-30, within the framework of the international project "Strengthening of educational programs in the specialty" Social Work ", the Department of Sociology jointly with the UNICEF agency in the Republic of Kazakhstan held an autumn school among representatives of state and law enforcement bodies and between teachers of universities in Kazakhstan, development and implementation of educational programs in the specialty "5B / 6M090500 - Social Work".
The purpose of this event was the approbation and application of the training modules under consideration in teaching, coaching skills for supervising and consultations of participants in the autumn school. In the framework of this project, international experts in the field of social work Veronica Duchi and Icela Tahsini (Albania, the city of Tirana, the University of Tirana) came to teach coaching skills.
During the whole work with the help of participants and specialists, the educational modules of the specialty were tested and discussed:
"Social work in the justice system" - moderator Kudabek Medet Maksutovich, senior lecturer of the department of sociology, master of social work.
"Technologies of social work", "Management of anger, motivation, fear" - Moderator doctoral candidate Manasbaeva Aray Isembaeva, Master of Psychology.
"Supervision in social work" - moderator Dinara Esimov, Ph.D., аssociate Professor of the Department of Sociology.
"The cause of the conflict of children with the law" - moderator Ramazan Salykzhanov, Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of Sociology
"Social work in contact with the law" - moderator Kuatov Azat Kadyrovich, doctoral student, master of psychology.
Based on the results of the autumn school and within the framework of the international project, it is planned to approbate the results and carry out correction and recommendation work in the specialty in Mangystau and Kyzylorda region.
