September 24, 2021 at 12:00 in an online format the Council of Young Scientists of the ENU by L. N. Gumilyov held a round table. The topic of discussion was the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1.09.2021). The round table was opened with a welcoming speech by the vice-rector for Science and Innovation, Professor Merzadinova G. T. In her welcoming speech, G. T. Merzadinova noted the importance of this meeting for the university, since its results make it clear how the youth of Kazakhstan perceives and interprets the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And within the framework of the concept of a hearing state, the voice of youth is important and has significance.
The meeting was moderated by the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of ENU A. E. Alzhanova. She began her speech with a discussion of the third part of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – quality education. Alzhanova A. E. noted the main trends set by the president for building science and a pedagogical society that is always one step ahead and generates trends. She also touched upon the issues of increasing the salaries of teachers, improvements in education and science, highlighted in the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The chairman of the YSC Nurdavletova S. M. touched on the topic of political modernization. In her report, she noted that the main vector is aimed at creating conditions for the development of full democracy and the involvement of citizens in the management of the state. The report also touched upon the issues of changes in the law enforcement system, as well as issues related to the fight against crime and corruption.
In her report, PhD Tulebekova A. S. (Chairman of YSC) spoke about the principles and methods of effective implementation of blended learning in the framework of the implementation of the issue "Quality Education", outlined in the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Chairman of the YSC Zhanadilova A. E. revealed the topic of consolidation as the main factor of further progress. It touched upon various aspects of consolidation: from the friendship of the peoples of our great Motherland to the consolidation on the linguistic principle and mutual acceptance of the cultures of the peoples living in Kazakhstan. Zhanadilova A. E. drew attention to the fact that acceptance in the broadest sense of the word contributes to the development of a healthy society and a healthy atmosphere in our country.
During the discussion, important topics that affect the development of our state were touched. In conclusion, the young scientists of the university came to the opinion that the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan touched on the most important issues of society. As well as all the initiatives and courses highlighted in the Address will contribute to the development of the economy, social policy, education and, most importantly, a bright future for the country.
