DISCUSSION OF THE PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

October 12, 2018 Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov Kuanysh Umirzakovich Temirov, held for students living in the dormitory of the ENU named after  L.N. Gumilyov, open curatorial hour in accordance with the Address of the Head of State N. A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan "GROWTH OF WELFARE OF KAZAKHSTAN: IMPROVEMENT OF INCOME AND QUALITY OF LIFE".

    A significant place in the new Address was given to the training of modern personnel and strengthening the responsibility of universities.

    President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev highlights: “We have increased the number of grants, now it is time to increase responsibility. The main criterion for evaluating the success of a university is the employment of graduates after graduation, their employment in highly paid jobs.

     K.U. Temirov spoke about the importance of employment of graduates of higher educational institutions as the main direction which President noted in the Address, as well as about the main tasks set in the Address of the Head of State. He noted that it is necessary to ensure the execution of key positions indicated in the document.

     President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev said: “We need to pursue a policy of consolidating universities. Only those that provide high quality education should remain on the market. ”

    A distinctive feature of this event is a large audience, as well as an innovative approach to explaining the President’s Address.

    At this open curatorial hour, students took an active part in the discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.А. Nazarbayev. As a result of the event, it was decided to actively participate in the explanation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.А. Nazarbayev, as well as to contribute to the implementation of the tasks set in the Address.
