On September 18, 2020 an online meeting of first-year doctoral students of the specialty "Sociology" and teachers of the Department of Sociology took place. During the meeting, the doctoral students introduced themselves. The topics of supervisors and dissertations were also analyzed. During the meeting, the head of the Department of Sociology, Nurlan Oralbaevich Baigabylov wished good luck to doctoral students, and also spoke about the possibilities of the profession and the exchange of foreign experience. During the meeting, Doctor of Sociology G.M. Burakanova said that she was ready to work with students, always ready to help in the field of doctoral work.
