International exchange on problems of ergonomic pedagogy

           On the basis of the A.P. Chekhov Taganrog Institute, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Pedagogical Diagnostics: History, Theory, Modernity" was held. The purpose of the conference: discussion of topical issues of history, theory, current state and prospects for the development of pedagogical diagnostics; consideration of the features and possibilities of pedagogical diagnostics during scientific and pedagogical research in the field of ergonomics of education; discussion of topical problems related to methodology, technology and modern diagnostic tools.

            With a welcoming speech from  ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov, the head of the department "Social pedagogy and self-knowledge", professor M.P. Asylbekova, who presented brief information about our university, about the specialties of the pedagogical direction, about the prospects for the development of international cooperation, academic mobility of students, teachers, and double degree programs.

            Within the framework of the program “Scientific foundations of modernization of the education system and science” (section “Conducting a study of the accessibility and efficiency of educational space in schools of the country and developing a model of an ergonomic educational space”), Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor of the department "Social pedagogy and self-knowledge" Dlimbetova G.K. In her report, the speaker focused on the use of pedagogical diagnostics in the ecological-ergonomic development of the individual and suggested, in the future, a joint discussion of this direction. Also at this conference, PhD student of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge G. Zhumazhanova took an active part and shared her scientific ideas on training in the field of an ergonomic approach to education and the development of pedagogical diagnostics in the context of a competence-based approach to vocational education. In continuation of the conference, a discussion platform "Diagnostics of an inclusive educational environment and its subjects" was held. During the work of the discussion platform, methods of diagnosing the inclusiveness of the educational environment were discussed.
