The international summer School "Green School - Green College - Green University: the best world experience", organized by a research group within the framework of a scientific project, has successfully completed its work. Within three weeks, this event brought together about 150 experts, young scientists, teachers, students, schoolchildren, eco-volunteers from Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia (including Yakutia, Buryatia), Belarus, Abkhazia, Georgia, Tajikistan, etc.
The speakers were specialists and experts of world importance: Doctor of Ph.D., Professor, UNESCO expert in the field of education Nizami Mammadov; Doctor of Biology, Professor, Head of the UNESCO Network Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University Elena Dzyatkovskaya; Doctor of Ph.D., Professor of RUDN Dmitry Ermakov; Doctor of Ph.D., Professor of RSPU Lyudmila Moiseeva, Yekaterinburg, PhD, Professor of the Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Member of the International Academy of Environmental Sciences Boris Kochurov; coordinator of the partnership "Learning to live sustainably in a global world!" Vega Pustovalova, teachers and educators of the Buryat Republican Institute of Educational Policy under the mentorship of Dr. Lyubov Khaludorova.
Throughout the program, participants had a unique opportunity to attend lectures and master classes. These classes covered a wide range of topics, including innovative approaches to continuity and continuity of environmental education (school-college-university), etc. The Summer School provided an opportunity for students to communicate freely, share their research, defend scientific projects, and gain new knowledge in the context of ecological sustainable development. It has become a platform for teachers, researchers and students for the CIS countries in order to exchange best practices in the field of environmental education. The participants highly appreciated the holding of such a large-scale event and expressed their gratitude to the ideological inspirers and organizers of the PhD, Professor G.K. Dlimbetova, S.U. Abenova and the team of eco-volunteers of the university.
Based on the results of the work, a collection of materials of the International Summer School has been prepared for general use by students in their educational and practical activities.
