On April 30, 2021, a round table on the topic «Modern axiology of labor: problems and prospects» was held within the framework of the research project «Ethics of labor and management in the context of social modernization of Kazakhstan». It was for grant funding from the SC of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2021 (project leader - Ph.D., associate professor Aubakirov E.N.). The round table was attended by project executors, scientists and experts from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, regional universities, as well as undergraduates, doctoral students, students of the Department of Philosophy. The moderator was Doctor of Philosophy, Professor G.T. Telebaev. The Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Somzhurek B.Zh. addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of the Kyrgyz-Turkish University Zhuldyz Urmanbetova focused on the mental structures of the traditional consciousness of the Kyrgyz, their role in the formation of modern work ethics in her report «Manas». Doctor of Law, Professor of Tashkent State Law University Firuza Mukhitdenova dwelled on the problems of labor and management in the work of the great Turkic thinker al-Farabi. PhD in Philosophy, Head of the Department of the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov Umbetkhan Sarsembin presented the main provisions of the program article of Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev «Social modernization: 20 steps to the Society of Universal Labor». Project manager Aubakirov Erkin summarized the main results of the project. The round table ended with answers to questions and a discussion.
