Roundtable discussion on “Future career of students in education” was held on December 11, 2017 in Faculty of Social Sciences of ENU after L.N.Gumilyov with participation of Social Pedagogic, Self-cognition and Physical Culture Departments. Dean of Social Sciences Faculty, Kashhynbay Baymuzhan Baltabayevich, and Galiya Khasenovna who is Head of School after Imanzhusup Kutpanuly Makhambetov, a village Zhybek Zholy in Akmola Region participated in the roundtable program. It also involved the Deputy Principle of the #37 school, Sarsekeeva Aisha Zhakupovna, the Director of the Career and Business partnership Department of ENU, Aldasheva Laura Sabithanovna, Principal member of Career and Business partnership Department of ENU, Tuspekova Zamzagul Zhoraevna, member of Career and Business partnership Department, Zhunuszhanova Galima Malgazhdarovna, the Chairperson of Social Pedagogic and Self-cognition Department, PhD, professor Shalgynbaeva Kadysha Kadyrovna, the Chairperson of Physical Culture and Sports Department, PhD, Toktarbayev D.G., docent Aykinbayeva G.K., Candidate of Pedagogic Sciences, docent Mandykaeva A.R., Candidate of Pedagogic Sciences, acting docent Temirov K.U., Senior teacher of Physical Culture and Sports Department, Mendybayeva N.A., Graduate of 6M012300 “Social Pedagogic and Self-cognition department”. The event was opened by Dean of Social Sciences Department, Kashkhynbai B.B. After that the Chairperson of Social Pedagogic and Self-cognition Department, Shalgynbayeva K.K., and the Chairperson of Physical culture and Sports Department, PhD, Toktarbayev D.G., performed. The Principle of the school after Imanzhusup Kutpanuly, Makhambetova G.Kh., and Deputy Principle of #37 School, Sarsekeeva Aisha Zhakupovna, informed about current openings. During the discussion Aldasheva Laura Sabithanovna gave a report on “Employment issues of graduates in the current context”, “On entering of information on graduate employment in 2017 into Platonus database”, Zhunuszhanova Galima Malgazhdarovna reported on “regulations governing of Pedagogic Sciences”, Baymagambetova Ayagoz reported on “Creation of work motivation for students”. At the end, Dean of the Faculty, Kashkynbai B.B., thanked Aikynbayeva G.K., Mandykaeva A.R., Temirov K.U., Mendybayeva N.A. for organization of the event and thanked the guests, performers and the Principle of the School after Imanzhusupov Kutpanuly, a village Zhybek Zholy in Akmola Region, G.Kh.Makhambetova. In addition, she gave letters of appreciation to Dean, Kashkhynbai B.B., the Chairperson, Shalgynbaeva K.K., Docent, Temirov K.U., and emphasized practical focus of the event, having noticed students ‘competence. In conclusion, Dean of the Faculty gave certificates to principals of the schools. According to importance of employment, the students were asked to be serious regarding this issue.
