On September 14, 2022, the curators of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Eurasian National University Akhanov Azamat Tokenovich and Beisekeyev Asan Orynbasarovich with their 2nd year students visited the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The museum is located on the main square of the country - Independence Square, harmoniously fits into a single architectural ensemble with the monument "Kazakh Eli", the Palace of Independence, the Palace of Peace and Accord, the mosque "Khazret Sultan", the National University of Arts.
It is known that knowledge, preservation, continuity of the heritage, traditions, literary works and traditional art of our ancestors is one of the most important principles. In this regard, the words of the great Al-Farabio are recalled that "it is difficult to make forecasts for the future without knowing the past, without understanding the present."
In the museum, students visited special exhibition halls, where exhibits of our multifaceted history and new works of art are presented.
It was interesting to visit the Astana Hall, the Hall of Independent Kazakhstan, the Golden Hall, the Hall of the History of Ancient and Middle Ages, the Hall of History, the Hall of Ethnography, the Hall of Modern Art.
We also visited the Children's Museum and the Center for Children's Creativity, two exhibition halls, scientific libraries with reading rooms, and conference rooms. Students not only got a great impression from the museum, but also saw the history and monuments of our country, received spiritual food.
