On October 29-30, 2019, an expanded meeting of the Republican Council of mothers of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan was held in Kostanay. The meeting was attended by chairmen of the Council of mothers from fourteen regions of the country and cities of national importance, public figures and scientists.

PhD student of the Department of sociology of the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University A.Tlespayeva made a report "On social guarantees of the state (comparative analysis of social support in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries)". The report noted that social policy is closely related to the development of the economy, compared the mechanisms of social support for large families in developed economies (Sweden, Germany, great Britain, France) and post-Soviet States (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan). The issues of economic, social culture of the society and "social dependency" in the society were also considered.
