Associate Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge Temirov K.U. spoke at the plenary session of the International Conference in the Republic of Uzbekistan

On April 15, 2022, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge Temirov K.U. made a report "On the problem of implementing the regional component of environmental education of future teachers" at the plenary session of the international scientific and theoretical online conference on the topic "Issues of the use of digital technologies and their commercialization in improving the quality of education". The conference was organized by the Department of Primary Education of the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Azhiniyaz.

K.U. Temirov in his speech emphasized the need to ecologize the education of future teachers on the basis of a regional component, since it contributes to the full formation of environmental knowledge and skills of students, taking into account regional specifics, and also plays an important role in solving all the tasks of the educational process: training, development and education.

Kuanysh Umirzakovich noted that the goal of environmental education is to become an environmentally literate person with a new ecological understanding of nature, culture and consciousness.

In conclusion, K.U. Temirov noted that the study of the discipline on the basis of the regional component contributes to the formation of students' value orientations in relation to nature, economy, man, helps to overcome such personal qualities as an irresponsible attitude to the surrounding nature and a consumer approach to its resources.

The conference was attended by scientists from L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, Azhiniyaz Nukus State Pedagogical Institute, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Moscow State Pedagogical University, Bukhara State University, Ferghana State University, Kherson State University, Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute, Karakalpakstan Branch of the Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kazakh-Russian International University.
