The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan planned to organize the celebration of the day of the First president and discuss the documentary films "7 facets of Independence". The planned event took placed on 13.11.2020 from 10.00 to 11.10 hours. Under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge of the Faculty of Social Sciences of ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov, Phd, senior curator Akhtanova Saltanat Kobeibekovna, Phd., associate professor Mutalieva Ardak Shagayevna, and 2nd year master's student of the specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology" Ozat Berdygul, an educational hour was held for a series of documentary films "7 facets of Independence". The Microsoft Teams platform was chosen for the work.
Participants: Teachers of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge, first-year students of the educational programs "Pedagogy and Psychology", "Preschool education and upbringing". The educational hour was attended by 25 people.
The purpose of the event: To reveal to students a unique Kazakh model of interethnic unity and Interfaith Harmony, which has become an example of preserving peace and stability for other countries.
The opinions of active students on the series of documentaries Arzenova Dinara Samatovna, Askarova Aigerim Aybekovna, Auelbek Ayazhan Isabekovna, Eralkhanovna Madina, Zhaksylyk Aruzhan Bakytzhanovna, Komek Adina Gabitovna were analyzed in a meaningful, detailed and specific way.
In the section of the documentary film, where the Head of Republic told about the solution of demographic problems, the return of ethnic Kazakhs to their historical homeland, the assignment of state status to the Kazakh language, the opening of educational institutions with the Kazakh language of instruction, students discussed and analyzed their thoughts.
The film is dedicated to the issues of regional security and delineation of borders. The picture shows that Kazakhstan was the first among the CIS countries to carry out the delimitation and demarcation of state borders, and began work on creating a regional security system within the framework of the CICA, CSTO, and OSCE integration associations. At this time, special attention is paid to the implementation of the idea of N. A. Nazarbayev to create the EAEU.
It shows how Kazakhstan started building a new young capital, which launched many multiplicative processes in the economy, construction sector, and internal migration. Nur-Sultan has become a center of attraction for hundred of thousands of young Kazakhstanis who have determined their place in the new capital and built a career.
