To support the academic and scientific partnership between Constructor University and L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University the doctoral student of the Sociology Department of the Social Sciences Faculty, Olga Shebalina, successfully completed a foreign scientific internship under the guidance of Professor Isak Frumin at Constructor University in Bremen, Germany from May 15 to June 19, 2023.
As part of the internship, following the thesis topic, Shebalina O. studied several research issues on the development of soft skills of young people in a multicultural educational space and studied scientific sources. A series of interviews with students, representatives of student self-government, and administration were conducted to identify the role of student communities and the existing system of social practices in the educational process.
