In the article “The Course towards Future: Modernization of Public Conscience” dated April 12, 2017, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev announced the beginning of the third modernization of Kazakhstan. The goal of the modernization is to enter the top thirty developed countries of the world. "Every citizen of Kazakhstan must realize that education will be the most fundamental success factor in the future. Education should be the number one priority for our youngsters" - the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev states in the article.
Currently, education practice isn’t stagnant, it modernizes, achieving more, focusing on a personal approach in the learning process. Innovative methods of teaching in education are becoming quite an ordinary part of the educational process.
On the December 13, 2017 teachers of the Faculty of Social Sciences, including Senior Lecturer Balkiya Mubarakqizy; Bagila Lesovna Tairova, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences; Acting Associate Professor Temirov Kuanysh Umirzakovich, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences; Senior Lecturer Aizhan K. Uasheva, Ph.D.; Senior Lecturer Zhanar M. Makimbayeva, Master of Arts in Social Sciences; Akbota Mustafakulovna Ramanzharova, Master of Arts in Social Sciences took an active part in the "Innovations in development of higher education. Modern methods and technologies of training" seminar. The seminar was held in the educational and administrative building of the ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov. Deans of faculties, heads of departments, faculty members have been the participants of the seminar. The event was opened by the director of the Department for Academic Issues Sh. B. Palimbetov, who acted as a moderator of the educational module №2 "Modern methods of education and innovations in higher education institutions". Acting Associate Professor K.U. Temirov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences; Senior Lecturer A.M. Ramanzharova, Senior Lecturer J.M. Makimbaeva have made a report on the topic: "Interactive teaching methods in a higher education institution”. Associate Professor B.L. Tairova made a report on the "Case technology" topic. The speakers had summed up the event and answered the questions of the seminar participants.
