On May 4, 2019, the Chair of physical culture and sport jointly with the Sports club organized and held a mini-football tournament at the football grounds of the social sciences faculty. The tournament was dedicated to the Year of Youth and Defender of the Fatherland Day. 4 teams of students and 2 teams of teachers of the Chair of physical culture and sports took part in the Tournament.
All games were held at a high professional level and with great excitement. Nobody wanted to give in. A serious struggle for the right to take honorable prizes was demonstrated by the participants of the tournament. In a fair fight, the team PhC-S-12 and PhC-S14 won, and the second position was taken by the students of the DShS-41, the third position was taken by the students of the DShS-11.
All players showed their skills and experience. The teams, who won positions, were awarded certificates and prizes.
The participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers of the Tournament and wished that such a format of competitions would become an annual tradition.
