Senior lecturer M.U. Issaeva held the curatorial hour «Patience and labor will grind everything down»

September 30 this year senior teacher of the Department of Philosophy of the ENU named after. L.N. Gumilev, Ph.D., curator of the 1st year students M.U. Issaeva held the curatorial hour on the topic «Patience and labor will grind everything down» for students of the B039-3104-23-01 educational group of the Faculty of Social Sciences through the ZOOM platform.

The purpose of the curatorial hour is to expand students’ understanding of work, explain the importance of work in a person’s life, develop labor-intensive skills, increase interest in work, and cultivate difficulty and labor intensity.

During the curatorial hour dedicated to Labor Day in Kazakhstan, which is celebrated on the last Sunday of September, it was explained about the revival of traditions of respect for blue-collar professions and awareness of the importance of work from an early age. The topic of labor was also covered with detailed answers to various pressing issues in this area.

In addition, during the curatorial hour, a game with proverbs about work was played among the students and the benefits of work in human life were explained.

At the end of the curatorial hour, a survey was conducted among the students to obtain their answers to questions such as «How do you understand about work and hard work?», «Why does a person need work?», «Who is a workaholic?», «On what, in mostly students work?» and «Can Artificial Intelligence replace humans?».
