In the period from May 19 to May 25, 2018, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of SPS Dlimbetova G.K. gave lectures to the undergraduates of the Methodology Department of Education and Upbringing of the Institute of Psychology and Education of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University on the theme "Systemic and Practical-Oriented Content of the Ecologization of Vocational Education" (20 hours). A special approach to solving this problem, according to the lecturer, is to modernize public consciousness, which is being solved in Kazakhstan at the state level. In this aspect, Kazakh and Tatar students' youth are brought together by common spiritual and moral ideas about nature and attitude towards it, laid down in Turkic philosophy. This idea is undoubtedly promoted by a teacher who is not indifferent to the environment.
Students and undergraduates listened with great interest to the lecturer's speeches, asked various questions about the peculiarities of psychological and pedagogical education in the Russian and Kazakhstani areas. They also expressed their opinions on the possibilities of solving environmental problems through their future pedagogical activity, on the ways of forming ecological awareness through the courses "Environmental pedagogy", "Environmental psychology", through various forms of work in the classroom, the role of modern IT technology in mastering teaching materials, content of environmental activities of young people in universities.
