On September 17-20, 2019, Ruzia Islamovna Kamarova, Associate Professor of the Department of Religious Studies of the Faculty of Social Sciences, took part in the first meeting of representatives - participants of the grant project "Law in Central Asia: legal culture and business environment in Central Asia", funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 Programme (project number: 870647 H2020 MSCA-RISE 2019-2023) The meeting was held in Lund, Sweden, as the main coordinator of the project is the Department of Sociology of Law at Lund University (chief researcher - Dr. Rustamjon Urinboev).
The purpose of the meeting was to plan the main stages of the project implementation, the implementation of which is planned from March 2020 to February 2024. European Union universities (University of Latvia, Charles University in Prague, University of Helsinki, Dublin) are participating in the projects. City University), Marmara University, Turkey, as well as universities and research institutes in 5 Central Asian countries.
