On November 7-8, 2023, Tolganai Mustafina, a postdoctoral student of the Department of Philosophy, visited the E.A. Buketov Karaganda University as part of a research trip on the AP19175950 research project "Modern Kazakh Society and the transformation of humanistic principles".
During the business trip, meetings were held, substantive discussions were held with the teaching staff of the Department of Philosophy and Theory of Culture. In particular, an in-depth interview was conducted with Professor, PhD Bisembai Yergalievich Columbaev. The issues of utopianism and the reality of building a "just society", the relevance of the principles of nonviolence in the transformation of modern Kazakhstan were discussed.
Also, a focus discussion was held with students of the 4th year of the specialty "Philosophy" on the viability of nonviolent positions in the formation of a strong personality, a competent specialist in the conditions of modern realities.
