An open interdisciplinary session in an innovative, practice-oriented form

December 12, the Department of Philosophy ENU. L.N. Gumilyov conducted an open interdisciplinary session in an innovative, practice-oriented form.

This event, thanks to the open communication platform for creative people of Artcom, took place in the form of an entertaining dialogue between artists and curators on the one hand and scientists of ENU and Nazarbayev University on the other hand.

A cross-cutting theme was proposed in the format Art Collider: Memory between city and for / not city for students of three disciplines:

 "Media culture in the modern era" (Sandybaeva U.);

"Marginal epistemology of the twentieth century" (Medeova K.);

"Western philosophy of culture in the second half of the twentieth century - the beginning of the XXI century." (Tolgambaeva D.)

Ulan Bigogin, an anthropologist from the Nazarbayev University and Anvar Musrepov - an artist, were invited as speakers. The speaker from the Eurasian National University was Kulshat Medeuova.

 The moderator was Aigerim Kapar - curator. Active participation in the open class was attended by teachers, students and undergraduates.

During this event, discussions centered around modern research into memory, identity, and new trends in art.

Anvar Musrepov demonstrated his work in the field of media art, interested in all digital dzhigitovku, as well as the work of inspirational masters.

Ulan Bigogin is engaged in genealogy of the khoja and presented information about Isabek Ishana, his mazar, commemorative traditions.

Kulshat Medeuova in her presentation presented a classification of urban monuments in the cities of Kazakhstan over the past quarter century.
