Gumilyov ENU Kuanysh Temirov held a curatorial hour for students living in the dormitory No. 3 of the L. N. Gumilyov ENU to discuss the Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in a new reality: a time for action".
On September 1, 2020, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered his annual Address to the people of Kazakhstan and presented a program of action for the entire Kazakh society in the fight against the consequences of the pandemic.
In the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, special attention is paid to the problem of improving the quality of education: These are the transition to a career guidance policy based on identifying students 'abilities, reducing the gap in the quality of secondary education between urban and rural schools, developing a roadmap to support gifted children from low-income and large families, introducing a special funding procedure for each level of education, improving the quality of textbooks, and increasing teachers' salaries.
The Head of State drew attention to the increase in the level of scientific research and its application in practice.
At this curatorial hour, students took an active part in the discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. As a result of the event, we decided to actively participate in explaining the Message and contribute to the implementation of the tasks set by the President.
