On 20.04.2023, the final conference of pedagogical practice of 2nd-year students of the specialty "Preschool education and training" was held in the kindergarten No. 95 "Almaty" of the practical laboratory of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
The conference was attended by Professor of the Department of Pedagogy of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the L. N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Ph.D., Zhumabekova F. N., head of the kindergarten Smakovanar Doldabekovna, methodologist Somshina A. E.,kindergarten teachers and students.
The conference was organized according to the songs "Astana", "biz bakytty balamyz", which have already imbued with the warmth and love of future specialists.Then, in an unconventional format, the presenters of Tansholpan: students of Akniet, Uldana, Aruzhan, Nazym told that they introduce viewers to new data and positive news, systematized the content of pedagogical practice for 4 months, the course of practice in the sequence that they planned, without scattering it. The students performed their roles with interest, fascinating and touching.
The main feature of this conference is the novelty of pedagogical experience in the laboratory:
Firstly, the kindergarten "point of development" within the framework of the pilot project involves the work of qualified teachers and good equipment of the material-developing environment, material base;
Secondly, the fact that changes in new regulatory documents in the system of preschool education in practice can be studied and used by students in their activities;
Thirdly, it was clear that carrying out an organizational form with the format of the "Tansholpan" program in order to develop students' critical thinking in itself requires special responsibility and forms creative thinking;
Fourth, in the process of working in this format, the separation of roles, a sense of responsibility, familiarity with new areas of pedagogical practice in the laboratory contributed to the comprehensive disclosure of the results of work, applying them during practice;
Fifth, they contributed to the formation of students' business skills, mutual understanding, independence in communicating with a child, parents, and increased competitiveness;
Sixth, students were able to share their impressions of working with children during practice, as well as talk about the difficulties they faced and ways to solve them, as well as about a number of achievements in combining theory with practice;
Seventh, especially professionally, they noted that they began to get used to the organization of activities with children, the specifics of the game in the child's life, to conduct in the format of a new orientation during the control, work activity;
Eighth, visual aids created by students during practice, portfolio documents, and the ability to consistently prove their experience at the exhibition were of great importance
Ninth, the students were distinguished by their search, new-directed pedagogical thinking, video recording and storytelling, which reflected the capabilities of a teacher of a new formation in mastering media-information literacy and digitalization;
The kindergarten staff, administrative management teachers and educators also expressed their heartfelt opinion, noting the high efficiency, professional capabilities and readiness of students to work as ready specialists, in the final assessment, participants and students were evaluated at a high level according to the point system through a QR code.
The head of the practice, Professor F. N. Zhumabekova thanked the administration, teachers of Almaty kindergarten No. 95 on behalf of the department, noted the achievements of students, concluded that the pedagogical practice was at a very good level, that in the future, when defending diplomas, passing the national qualification test, the main attention is paid to specific practical conclusions and advisory opinions.
