At the department of FCS, the scientific internship of employees of the Nukus branch of the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports continues.
The program for December 21 included a lecture on the course: “National sports with teaching methods.” This lesson was conducted by senior teachers of the department Akhanov A.T. and Alikey A. And they also conducted a tour of the Eurasia sports complex.
Then, in the same place, at the climbing wall, practice took place on the course: "Methods of training activities in sports tourism." This practice was presented by the senior teacher of the department Mubarakkyzy B.M.
Tourism, including sports, is always of interest to a wide audience. In this event, a definition of sports tourism was given, as well as various aspects of the comprehensive preparation of tourists - athletes.
In practice, they demonstrated various techniques for climbing and descending on artificial obstacles and a climbing wall. Also, the course participants were presented with equipment and equipment for sports tourism.
At the end there was a lecture on the course: "Adaptive physical culture". Students of the scientific internship visited the Paralympic training center in Astana. This section of the work was carried out by Marchibaeva Ulbosyn Sametkhanovna, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports.
