From May 9 to May 14, 2023, PhD, senior lecturer of the Department of Psychology of the L.N. Gumilyov - Abenov S.U. and PhD, Associate Professor of the Eurasian Humanitarian Institute - Ospanova Zh.T. visited universities of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the trip is to exchange experience in the development of "green" educational institutions and to test the main results of the research within the framework of the project "Model "green school - green college – green university" as a system for the development of ecologization of education (project manager - PhD, Professor G.K. Dlimbetova).
In this regard, young scientists took part with a report in the international scientific and practical conference "The role of the National University of Uzbekistan in the development of science and society", which was held at the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. They also visited the Uzbek State University of World Languages and exchanged experience on the initiatives being implemented within the framework of sustainable development. A meeting was held with the head of the NGO "Council for Ecological Construction of Uzbekistan" to study the program "Green schools of Uzbekistan" module "Ecology and sorting of solid waste".
During the visit, there was also an exchange of experience with scientists of the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov, participants of the British Council Creative Spark program, who received an award in the nomination "Green University".
Thus, young scientists were able to get acquainted with the international experience of environmental policy and the experience of participation of universities of Uzbekistan in the world ranking "Green Metric World University Ranking", to study the development of the eco-volunteer movement of Uzbekistan.
